cancellation policy

our shared policy is that we require at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations or full payment for the lesson is due.

Why 24 hours? …because It’s just too difficult for each of us to fill the time with less notice than that. 😁 We know, especially in these times, that illnesses and life happen, and we are always happy to go remote, or to send you stuff to work on until the next lesson, if you can’t make it in.

Your consideration, appreciation of our time, and support means a lot to us! We are a collective of independent, Vermont musicians and instructors who strive to offer you and our community the absolute best lesson experience possible.

Your understanding is greatly appreciated and allows us to continue to do what we do.
